Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download HIER the return form and fill it out completely.
Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form.
Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with your package. As the sender, you’re responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received your package, we’ll make sure the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five business days.
